Dr. Christine Cosby-Gaither's nonprofit supports Black stroke survivors. A Stroke of Grace, Inc. teamed up with Rosa Hart (patient navigator) and NNI to share resources and a message of hope. The NNI Resource Centers offer support groups, exercise classes and other wellness activities. to share resources and a message of hope.
